Type CI Trolley Harp

Applications: For mine jitneys, portal busses, and light duty haulage locomotives and overhead cranes.

Features: Phoenix Type CI Trolley Harps consist of Fletco process malleable iron castings. Pole head is designed to fit standard mine trolley pole. Contact and bearing surfaces are milled to fine adjustment without binding. A coil spring is furnished with each harp to hold it parallel with the wire. Dual clamp plate is high strength bronze alloy designed to accommodate two 410-35OMCM motor cables. Each Type CI Trolley Harp is furnished with a single 4/0 shunt.

Phoenix Type CI Trolley Harps are furnished with a special carbon insert, which is held by a bronze alloy retaining shoe and saddle. The carbon insert is easily replaced. Standard use of this type of current collector eliminates the need to lubricate the wire.

A collector shoe assembly is furnished with each harp. Order replacement carbon inserts and shoe assemblies separately.
